Mixology Supplies

ALL Bar Packages include:

  • Bar consultation and menu planning

  • Our Trailer Mobile Bar

  • Setup/Cleanup at no additional charge

  • Beer and Wine, cocktail service. Champagne toasts as an available add-on

  • Licensed and experienced bartenders

  • Mixers, syrups, farm-fresh garnishes, juices (if cocktail service is selected)

  • One signature cocktail (If cocktail service is selected. Additional cocktails available at additional charge)

  • “Mocktail” option for your non-drinkers (if cocktail service is selected)

  • Water Station

  • All bar equipment

  • Drinkware

Bartending Service

  • 3 hours of service $200 + tips (additional hours available)

Pricing

We are focused on providing the best all around service and tailored to your needs for every event. Plus, you get a restored trailer-bar at your event to show off!

Pricing is determined by Bar Package selection, drink selections, number of guests, duration of event, and location (events outside Island County may require additional ferry and transportation costs).

* Each package includes 3 hours of bartending service, any thing after that is an additional add on.

We offer Five packages;

                    Starter:

Pour service of Beer, Wine and Champagne.        Price starts at $1,200.

                     

                  Premium:

Pour service of Beer, Wine, Champagne and up to 3 signature cocktails. Price starts at $1,350.

 

              Elite Package:

Pour service of Beer, Wine, Champagne and a full bar. Price starts at $1,500.

                 Mini Package:

Do you have less than 30 guests? We offer a mini package starting at $900.

 

Cash Bars/Drink Tickets

Cash Bars are ideal for events such as fundraisers, private parties and other events where complimentary drinks are not wanted.

  • Flat rates apply to book + your guests are charged for each serving

 

Please note:

*$400 deposit is due at the time of reservation, than remaining fee due 48 hours   before event.

*Deposit non-refundable.

*Tip Jar on the bar for bartenders is encouraged.

*Please contact us for non Peak Season pricing. Peak Season is, May-September.
